No, really: We are not a business center. We do not just rent out desks and wifi. We are a space for creatives, entrepreneurs and free thinkers who are looking for people. A space for those who want to work independently but not alone.

Coffee house atmosphere paired with the tranquility of a work space which stimualtes collaborative working and the formation and growth of networks. 230 sqm to work, spin ideas or just to hang out and meet people.

It is our goal to build and maintain an actively managed community, to share skills, experience and creativity.

We also offer a growing library, relevant magazine subscriptions and interesting lectures and events like Barcamps and Jellys, which allow for new skills to be developed and networks to be built.

Our space is approx. 230 sqm and is divided into different areas

To offer you maximum flexibility, memberships run on a month-to-month basis, which means that there is min. length of contract of one month.

Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm (excl. bank holidays). Residents can also get 24/7 access (key deposit payment required).

Die Zentrale offers three types of memberships: Dayticket, Nomad, Resident.

A Dayticket allows you to have a look at Die Zentrale and try out coworking for a day. Internet (wifi), printers (up to 10 sheets) and access to nice coworkers in a great atmosphere are included. If you like it and decide to buy a full month’s membership, the ticket price will be deducted from your bill.

Coworking as a nomad is similar to working in a coffee shop, only better. You do not have a fixed desk, but grab an empty seat at the table, sofa, chair or wherever you fancy. You have access to our technical infrastructure, books, lounge and everything else we offer. You can also book meeting rooms at a reduced membership rate.

As a Resident you get everything a Nomad has, plus some additional things. You have your own large desk where you can set up (and leave!) your work. The room is separated from the Nomad area and thus quieter. Also, you can opt for 24/7 access and a mailing address on Berger Straße. Reasonable use of the meeting rooms is also included.
